Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Star Mirror. By using Star Mirror, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

What Star Mirror is

Star Mirror is a reflective narrative product. It turns your birth details into structured readings, destiny archetypes, and narrative language intended for self-reflection and entertainment. Star Mirror is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or religious advice, and it is not a substitute for professional judgment. Do not use readings as the basis for decisions that require qualified professional guidance.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to use Star Mirror.
• You can register with an email address. Providing your email while waiting for a reading, or verifying it with an email code, creates a personal account of the standard “user” type.
• A password is optional. You can always log in with a one-time email code; setting a password later is a convenience, not a requirement.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for activity that happens under your account.
• Please use an email address you own. Readings and result links are delivered to, and recoverable through, that address.

Destiny seats and your content

Readings you claim are attached to destiny seats inside your account. The birth details you provide remain yours. Generated readings are produced by Star Mirror’s rule engine and narrative system for your personal, non-commercial use within the product. You may share your own result cards through the sharing features we provide.

AI and Mirror Self

Mirror Self is an AI-supported companion for reflection, self-exploration, and questions. It is not a human companion or a professional adviser. Its responses and recollections can be incomplete or mistaken; you can correct them and should not rely on them alone for important decisions.

To provide replies, the service saves your conversations and sends selected conversation context to the model providers described in the product. Depending on your settings, relevant saved memories and portions of your existing Star Mirror readings may also be used. Providers do not receive access to your account database. Destiny interpretations remain separate from what you have told us about your life; chatting does not regenerate or change your readings.

Where automatic conversation memory is available and enabled, Mirror Self may save relevant statements from your messages to help future conversations, without asking you to approve each item. A saved statement is not a verified fact or a permanent judgment about you. You can view, correct, or forget memories, and turn conversation memory off. The controls available to your account, deletion scopes, and data request options are explained in our Privacy Policy. We do not treat these Terms as permission for unrelated uses of your conversations.

Readings combine traditional birth-chart frameworks, software-calculated indicators, and AI-assisted analysis and interpretation. Archetypes, scores, and timing windows are interpretations within this framework, not scientifically validated assessments or guaranteed events. How Star Mirror works

Saved content and retention

Readings and report unlocks belong to the applicable reading and account. They are not an account-wide entitlement to reports for any person or any future reading.

VIP expiry alone does not delete your saved reports, conversations, or memories, or remove access to individual reports you have already unlocked. Access remains subject to your deletion choices, the product’s retention rules, and these Terms. We do not promise perpetual storage or uninterrupted availability.

Completed cards replaced by a retest, or moved to Trash following seat deletion, can be restored within 90 days, subject to the conditions shown in the product. Restoring a card restores its existing report unlocks. Deleting and creating a different seat does not transfer the deleted seat’s purchases to that new seat.

New-account Mirror Self access

Eligible non-VIP accounts can try Mirror Self during the first 168 hours after registration. You start with three free replies. The allowance refreshes at midnight in Asia/Shanghai (UTC+8), up to six times. Unused replies do not accumulate. After the final refresh, any replies left remain available only until the 168-hour period ends.

One reply is one completed AI response saved successfully, not an unlimited chat session. Your conversations share the same allowance. A confirmed failed or stopped request does not use a reply; an unresolved request may temporarily reserve one. Technical retries do not charge twice, and deleting a conversation does not restore used replies.

If no free replies are available, an active VIP membership is required to continue, or you can wait for the next refresh if one remains within your access period. Free access does not grant VIP status or relationship analysis, or unlock features that are not otherwise available to your account. Active VIP requests use the existing VIP allowance.

Free access does not require a payment card, does not automatically start a paid subscription, and ends without an automatic charge. After it expires, new Mirror Self requests require an active VIP membership and sufficient allowance. Your saved conversations remain readable without VIP.

Retest waiting periods

Retests are intended to help correct birth details for the person represented by the seat. Use a separate seat for another person.

Each seat tracks successful retests separately. Initial card creation does not count as a retest. The first retest is available when the seat is eligible. Later retests become available as follows:

The count increases and the next waiting period starts only when the new card is successfully ready. An unsuccessful attempt or technical retry does not add another successful retest. Birth-details completion follows its separate rules and does not count as an ordinary retest. Only one retest can be in progress for a seat.

VIP status does not shorten the wait or reset the count. Renaming a seat, changing its relationship label, or restoring an existing card does not reset its history. A newly purchased replacement seat has its own history. The product’s server determines eligibility and shows the remaining wait.

An eligible retest inherits the previous reading’s existing report unlocks, not its text or any report that was not unlocked. Confirming a retest moves the previous completed card to Trash; it can be restored within 90 days under the product’s conditions.

One-time purchases

Individual reports are one-time purchases for the selected reading. A single report costs USD 9.99. The five-report collection costs USD 29.99, or USD 19.99 to unlock the remaining reports when at least one report is already unlocked for that reading.

Additional paid destiny seats cost USD 29.99 each and include the five-report collection for the initial reading created in that seat. These purchases do not start a VIP subscription. VIP membership is sold separately.

The selected report or seat, included entitlements, total payable amount, and any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm payment. Delivery is through your account after the relevant processing is complete. See Refunds & Cancellation for withdrawal rights and remedies.

VIP membership and future billing

VIP provides access to new two-person relationship analyses and new Mirror Self conversations, subject to shared usage limits and each feature’s requirements. All billing plans provide the same VIP benefits and usage limits:

• Monthly: USD 14.89, billed every month.
• Quarterly: USD 35.89, billed every three months.
• Yearly: USD 129.89, billed every year.

When paid checkout opens, your selected plan will renew automatically at the stated recurring price unless you cancel before the next renewal. Your total payable amount, including any applicable taxes, is shown before payment. Any legally required notice of future price changes will be provided before they take effect.

VIP does not include additional destiny seats or purchases of the five individual reports.

Shared VIP allowance

Relationship analysis and Mirror Self share weekly and 5-hour usage limits. All VIP billing plans have the same limits. Usage varies with the request and the processing it requires; membership does not guarantee a fixed number of messages or reports.

Your account shows your remaining allowance and next reset time. Allowances reset every five hours and seven days from the start of your continuous membership period. Unused allowance does not accumulate. Renewing or extending an uninterrupted membership does not reset usage early.

A new request requires sufficient allowance under both limits. Ongoing requests may reserve allowance, which is excluded from the available balance. Reading saved reports and conversations does not use this allowance.

Requests confirmed as system failures do not consume your allowance. If you stop a request after processing has begun, usage already incurred may still count. Allowance adjustments are not cash refunds.

Cancellation and expiry

When paid subscriptions are available, you will be able to cancel automatic renewal through the subscription management link provided with your subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your VIP access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Keep the cancellation confirmation for your records.

After VIP expires, new relationship analyses and VIP-only Mirror Self requests require an active membership. Any separate free access is governed by its own terms. Expiry alone does not delete saved reports, conversations, or memories, or remove existing individual report unlocks.

Cancelling renewal does not itself refund a payment already made. Statutory withdrawal is different: where applicable, it ends the relevant contract and is handled under the EU section of Refunds & Cancellation rather than simply scheduling cancellation at the end of the period.

Delivery and support

Star Mirror provides digital services through your account. Reports become available after generation is complete. Processing times vary; delivery is not guaranteed to be immediate.

For account, access, or billing problems, email support@starmirror.chat with your account email, order reference if available, and a brief description of the issue. Do not send your full card number or security code.

Support is provided by email. We do not provide live consultations, manual reinterpretations, or custom rewrites. We do not guarantee immediate replies or a fixed resolution time, except where applicable law requires a specific deadline. These service limits do not restrict statutory remedies or data rights.

Acceptable use

Please provide accurate information and review birth details before confirming a reading. If you provide another person’s information, you must have the right to share it and obtain any consent required by applicable law.

Use relationship readings respectfully. Do not use Star Mirror to invade another person’s privacy, harass them, or present an interpretation as a verified fact about them.

Retesting follows the eligibility and waiting periods shown in the product. Existing name, relationship, and birth-detail editing options remain available.

• Do not attempt to access readings, seats, or accounts that are not yours.
• Do not probe, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service or its models.
• Do not use Star Mirror for unlawful purposes or to harass, defraud, or harm others.
• Do not misrepresent Star Mirror’s output as professional advice when sharing it.

Disclaimers

Readings combine software-calculated chart information with AI-assisted analysis and narrative interpretation. Interpretations can be incomplete or mistaken and do not guarantee outcomes. Except for rights and guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, we do not warrant that interpretations will be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular decision.

Any limitation of liability in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to digital content or services that are faulty, misdescribed, or not supplied.

Termination

You may stop using Star Mirror at any time and may request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Where reasonable, we will notify you and explain why.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. For material changes we will give notice inside the product or by email before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
